Delete your account and data.

You can permanently delete your account directly inside Honor Library. No request or waiting period is needed.

1. Open Honor Library and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” from, or including, the phone number on your account. We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, photo, and city).
• Your phone number and sign-in credentials.
• Your library, the books you have shared, and your wishlist.
• Your circle connections and any pending or past requests and handoffs.
• Contact matches used to find friends.
• Push notification tokens and in-app activity tied to your account.

Deletions propagate to our active systems immediately and are purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.

We keep only what we are legally required to keep, or the minimum needed to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, a one-way hash used to enforce a prior ban). Retained records do not identify you and are never used for advertising or sold.
